Before the perhaps over-familiar Ionic column are the three poets at Wednesday's Shearsman reading: Melissa Buckheit, Jaime Robles and Maxine Chernoff. Robles has been living and working in Exeter and launched her new book Hoard. The two other poets' books have been out for a few months now but their visit functioned as a belated but happy launch.
