Costessey, Norfolk, 18/3, 12.25
This folly, in the middle of a golf course in Costessey (pronounced 'cossey') just outside of Norwich in Norfolk, is the tower mentioned in Francis Webb's poem 'Around Costessey'. Webb was at the time a patient in a relatively benign psychiatric institution nearby.
